Our conveniently located open air catering area offers shade, power and privacy to your caterer with all the features needed to prepare and serve delicious meals to your guests:
- Two commercial refrigerators
- Large Service bar and Prep bar
- Commercial sized BBQ (wood provided!)
- Double stainless steel sink for clean up
Cozy and Bright Indoor Seating Area
If the weather cools down, no worries – we’ve got you covered! Our cozy barn provides the perfect indoor space to keep up to 75 guests comfortable and warm. The barn is equipped with:
- A warm stove to keep things toasty
- Comfortable seating area for relaxation
- Soft lighting to create a welcoming ambiance
- Antique side bars for food and drink service
Whether it’s a chilly evening or you just want to switch things up, our indoor seating area offers a charming and cozy atmosphere for your event.
Over $12,000 in Rental Items Throughout the Property
At Red Barn Ranch, we provide over $12,000 worth of rental items to take a few tasks off your plate while planning your event. Our selection includes:
- 36 – 5-foot round tables (Seating for 300)
- 12 – 8-foot banquet tables (Seating for 120)
- 12 wine barrels with barrel toppers and stools
- 200 folding garden chairs
- 40 wooden ceremony benches (Seating for 200)
- Wedding aisle hooks for flowers
- Portable arbor
- 3 wine barrel service bars
- Built in stage and dance floor

Outdoor Fire Pit
Nothing creates a cozy atmosphere like a fire pit. Our outdoor fire pit is perfect for winding down at the end of the night. We even provide the wood and benches for use around the fire pit.
A Cozy Bar for Beverage Service
Equipped with an ice maker providing 550 lbs. of ice per day a sink, bartending tools, and ice chests we have everything you need to provide good ol’ fashioned hospitality. Just add alcohol; beer, wine and bubbly only please.

In addition to acres of manicured lawns, Red Barn Ranch offers a stunning natural surrounding for your overnight guests to enjoy, including access to:
- The Russian River for swimming and fishing
- The up and coming Great Redwood Trail and other hiking trails
- A bass pond for fishing, wading, frog catching and paddle boarding
- Beautiful water features: a running creek, waterfall and fountain adding to the peaceful ambiance of the ranch.
While conveniently located near HWY 101 and Mountain House Road, once you pass through our gates, you’ll be a world away from the hustle and bustle. Our serene setting offers a peaceful escape—no traffic noise to be heard.
Keep Cool with our Shade Structure
Stay comfortable all summer long with our 3,600 sq. ft. shade structure spanning one of our lawns. We also provide water-misting systems ensuring that your guests stay cool and relaxed during the event.

Have Your Ceremony
- The Upper Lawn features a stunning Jasmine-covered arbor that has grown in the shape of a heart! This romantic setting is equipped with power and lighting, and is beautifully complemented by our custom-built waterfall and the picturesque golden hills in the background.
- The Lower Lawn is graced with a charming knotty arbor, adorned with grapevines. Olive trees lining the walkway behind it provide a lush backdrop. This tranquil location is shaded by a young oak tree.
- Portable Arbor: For additional flexibility, we offer a portable arbor, allowing you to hold your ceremony anywhere on the property that suits your vision.

Parking Assistance
On the day of your event, we provide parking staff to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for your guests. Our team will direct guests to available parking spaces, making sure everything runs efficiently, and everyone has a stress-free arrival. Our Parking area is a short and scenic walk to the venue. No shuttles needed here!
Camping and Lodging Options
For guests looking for a convenient place to stay, we offer a we provide ample space for tents and RV parking (please note, no hook-ups are provided, so arrangements must be made accordingly).
